2. Absence and make-up lessons2. 결석과 보강
Two weeks' notice is required to change or cancel a lesson, sent through the chat in the studio app.
Illness on the day, or an emergency beyond anyone's control, is the exception: the lesson is replaced with a make-up lesson.
For an illness on the day, tell us at least five hours before the lesson starts. Told later than that, the lesson cannot be made up.
A lesson missed without notice is charged as taught.

당일 질병이나 천재지변은 예외로, 해당 수업은 보강 수업으로 대체합니다.
당일 질병의 경우 수업 시작 최소 5시간 전까지 알려주셔야 합니다. 그 이후에 알려주시면 보강도 불가합니다.
사전 연락 없이 결석한 수업은 진행된 수업으로 청구됩니다.
3. Exams3. 시험
An exam is entered together, once the teacher judges the student is ready. Entries and recordings submitted before that point are not taken.
A student preparing for a grade moves from the shared hour to one-to-one lessons.
From Grade 5, once an exam date is set, the two to three months before it run at two lessons a week ($200 a week for that stretch).
시험 응시는 선생님이 준비가 됐다고 판단했을 때 함께 결정합니다. 준비가 안 된 상태의 응시나 녹음 제출은 받지 않습니다.
급수를 준비하기 시작하면 2인 세션에서 1:1 레슨으로 옮깁니다.
5급부터는 시험 날짜가 정해지면 그 전 2~3개월 동안 주 2회로 진행합니다 (해당 기간 주당 $200).
4. The studio4. 스튜디오
Lessons are taught at a home studio in Sydney Olympic Park. The address is given once a lesson time is confirmed.
Parents are welcome to sit in, particularly in a young student's first term.
Teacher's NSW Working With Children Check: WWC3378391E, valid to 17 September 2031. Verify it at service.nsw.gov.au.

5. Photographs and recordings5. 사진과 영상
Lessons are sometimes photographed or filmed (hands at the keys, a piece being played) for the studio's own website. Nothing that shows a student is used without a parent's written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
